“ In response to the three recent comments accusing the staff of racism: I was dining in at the time and personally witnessed the event. A group of around eight people placed an order for food and coffee, received their full order, and left the premises with everything. Later, they returned, loudly claiming that they hadn’t received their food or drinks. The staff calmly explained that the full order had already been provided. Despite this, the group began yelling and accusing the staff of being racist for not giving them their food and drinks a second time. In an effort to de-escalate the situation, the staff even remade the entire order. However, the group continued to yell and swear aggressively. They were eventually asked to leave—and notably, they didn’t even take the remade food or drinks with them. The staff remained professional and polite throughout the encounter. At no point did they display any form of racism. Everyone dining in the venue could see this clearly. The team handled an extremely difficult situation with calm and respect, despite being visibly shaken. ”
“ G'day mates, had a ripper time at Macca's in Leongatha. Walked in and got me tucker in no time, quick as a flash. The inside was real nice, not like your typical Maccas, felt fancy as. But tell you what, the food was a proper let down, reckon that's pretty standard though. Had to give half of it to the magpies, wouldn't feed it to me dog! All in all, not bad for a feed and a laugh, but wouldn't recommend it for the cuisine! Cheers! ”

“ Maccas Leongatha was great. It has a modern dine in interior, cool interior lights, very clean inside, has a playspace for kids and has really clean bathrooms. The food was ready within 2 minutes which was really quick and they taste really good like all the other Maccas. It has a great car park and a great drive thru too. ”

They served me my food first and I had to wait for my iced coffee (even though I could see it on the counter as the ice was melting away lol) as they had a customer complaint to deal with. Was ok overall, workers had a lot to deal with. ”
